Three Ingredient Cookies

It’s midnight.

You’re bored, you may be a little stoned, and you’re craving something sweet.

Baking cookies from scratch might seem like a good idea, but, chances are, you’re missing one of the crucial ingredients (and, speaking from personal experience, cookies don’t taste the same without baking soda). Ready to call it a night? Slink off to bed, hungry and unsatisfied?

Don’t fret! Peanut butter cookies are just minutes away!

All you need:

1 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, whatever you’ve got more of)

1 c. sugar

1 egg

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Grease cookie sheets.
  3. Combine ingredients, mix until smooth.
  4. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough on cookie sheets. Bake for 6-8 minutes.

NOTE: Don’t over bake! These cookies are best when they’re still soft and barely brown on the bottom.
