All you need to make your own no-waste dressing?
-A crushed garlic clove
-Some chopped fresh herbs
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Season with salt and pepper. Shake. Add olive oil, shake again to emulsify dressing, and add to your lunch or dinner.
