Five Friday Frames, Part Eleven

I am really looking forward to this weekend- and it’s not even because of the free tickets my Boy on a Budget scored to see Patti Smith, the Black Keys, TV on the Radio and Cee-Lo Green down at Merriweather Post Pavilion tomorrow (Virgin Mobile Free Fest continues to blow my mind). Am I the only person who feels that this short holiday weekend was actually 8x longer than it was supposed to be? Between dealing with total nightmare clients and the self-imposed work nightmares as well, I am very, very happy that the weekend is drawing near.

Luckily, I had just enough time to catch up with old friends, bake some stellar birthday cookies, and drink just a little too much wine. Evidence is below.

Best sign ever.

Sprinkle selection at Williams Sonoma blows my mind.

Notes from mom on tough days.

Meet Max.
How will you be spending the weekend, friends? 6am will find me on the road tomorrow morning (hopefully in the direction of a Waffle House, as tradition practically mandates) to have my face melted off at this awesome free concert. Sunday plans will hopefully include a mad dash to Film Forum for Goodard’s limited one-week-only run of Band of Outsiders, followed by a night shoot that should stretch right into work the next day.

Whatever you’re doing, have a wonderful time doing it!
